Nice lunch, nice venue and nice visitors.....great Rotary luncheon at the Richmond Curling Club. We seem never to have enough time at Rotary, to introduce our visitors, collect happy dollars, go through announcements and hear our presenters.
Full agenda today, as we presented a cheque of $2,500 to Gray haven Exotic Bird Sanctuary. Dixie introduced Melanie Walker who accepted the cheque and gave us an update on the plight of the remaining birds.

Our visitors, Frank Lin brought us greetings from Taiwan. Grace Tsang, President of RC Richmond Sunset talked about their Nepal project fundraiser. Rotarians Mike Storey and Dawn Rutledge-Brennen brought us greetings from Ladner and introduced their Taste of the Philippines dinner for the water project in Laos, the new Mountainview Rotary Club and End Polio.
