"It was a positive experience for me to attend the Rotary Leadership Institute (Part 1). It has widened my knowledge base about Rotary Organization, the Rotary Foundation, Rotary International, District 5040 and Rotary Clubs. Had the opportunity to meet many wonderful Rotarians from other clubs and shared wonderful stories, experiences and Rotary moments with other members. The topics were interesting and relevant to the challenges we encounter in our club and other clubs face the same issues ( it is good to know that we are not alone). We learned from each other experience, exchanged ideas and suggestions.
