Our good friend Jason Robinson dropped by on Wednesday Jan 7 to talk about his passion, Sustainability TV.

 

Sustainability Television is a Canadian social media network with thousands of ideas for improving our health, our home, and our community. Their tagline is "Good stories, about good people, doing really good things" - Jason Robinson (Founder & CEO)

 

In addition to individual and corporate members who both share many of the "good things" that are happening in their communities, they also produce their own content and share that with their growing fan base from all around the world. They are different from other social media network. They will go out into community and film projects that are advancing the productivity of our nation, enhancing community, and leaving environmental benefits as well.

 

They have a number of their own series in the works:

INNOVATION in Industry - a series focused on the financial, social, and enviro benefits that are accruing to some of the top companies in the world who are using sustainable business tools.

Lest We Forget - is a series pays tribute to those who've put their lives on the line and worked their entire lives, to give us the freedoms that we enjoy today. Green My Wedding - how does one have an extravagant and luxurious wedding, while at the same time making it cost effective and nature conscious? The Harmony House - the construction of a net-zero home that produces as much energy as it uses on an annual basis.

Global Chorus Doc Series - a positive solution-oriented travel series that interviews some of the most amazing change makers in the world!
