 ore than four decades. Born in Hong Kong\, he worked as a professional eng
 ineer for the City of White Rock and City of Vancouver until his retiremen
 t in 2010. For the past 39 years\, Ken and has been hosting the “Can-Am 
 International Martial Arts Championships” annually in the Greater Vancou
 ver area. This event brings thousands of athletes and coaches from across 
 North America each year to Greater Vancouver. This event helped promote th
 e sport\, health\, and fitness. During this time period\, Ken also served 
 as Chairman of the Chinese Freemason Senior Housing Society\, President of
  the Vancouver Metropolitan Lions Club\, Secretary General of the Chinese 
 Community Policing Centre\, Instructor of the Vancouver Police Department 
 Lion Dancing Team\, etc. Low is also an influential figure in martial arts
  in Canada. He founded the Western Canadian Chinese Martial Arts Associati
 on and Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts) BC. He is the current President of the
  Canada International Health Qigong Association and the Canada Sport Sansh
 ou Federation. Ken lives in Vancouver with his family and is the Candidate
  for City Council.
