  the most successful companion event in China International Cartoon and An
 imation Festival. It is a Youth Initiative to provide exposure to talented
  kids and amazing young artists. They invite children from all over the Ca
 nada to submit their paintings filled with ideas that describe their under
 standing of the human world\, what they adore\, their dreams\, their famil
 y and friends\, and important events.
