 se join us to discuss and exchange ideas. Vikki MacKay is the CEO of Aim 
 Instrumentation Ltd\, a company specialized in Audiometric Equipment and 
 Balance Assessment Equipment. Vikki has managed finance and administratio
 n in the public sector and has extensive experience in private sector busi
 ness. Vikki with AIM staff Nick Liem\, and Jim Renshaw  are all active me
 mbers of Rotary and extensively involved in a number of programs for Heari
 ng Impaired Children in Bali\, and a Rotary Project to construct a Trades 
 Training Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Youth in Bali\, Indonesia. Re
