 Dean joined the Rotary Club of Richmond on Mar 25\, 2015. He took on the r
 esponsibilites as Club Secretary\, then The Rotary Foundation and now our 
 new President !  After attending Level 1 of Rotary Leadership Institute\,
  he got a bigger picture of Rotary and proceed to finish all 3 levels. Dea
 n also attended the Peace Conference\, District Conference and Rotary Conv
 ention.  After the intense Multi-District President Elect Training in Sea
 ttle\, he is ready to lead our club for the coming year. Professionally De
 an (謝焯如) is  a Financial Advisor of Queensbury Securities Inc. He
  also involved in the community\, he was Director of Public Relations of C
 CCA\; President of Canadian Chinese Consumers Association (CCCA) and Presi
 dent of Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in BC (TCCBC)     My first Rotary In
 ternational Convention by Bill Lau Join us to learn his experience from th
 e 2018 Rotary Convention in Toronto.
