 The Rotary Foundation Carolyn is Senior Major Gifts Officer Carolyn Fergu
 son\, MGO for Zone 28. She statrted to work for The Rotary Foundation sinc
 e September\, 2011. There is one Rotary Foundation with eleven different 
 ways to direct a gift. With this much choice comes the challenge of interp
 retation. her role focuses on making meaning connections with individuals/
 couples to better understand their philanthropic priorities and inviting t
 heir major gift and/or planned gifts and bequests to make their charitable
  vision a reality through the programs of the Rotary Foundation.     Ca
 rol Tichelman\, The Rotary Foundation Carol is E/MGA (Endowment Major Gif
 ts Adviser) and also a member of the Rotary Club of Chilliwack\, BC in Dis
 trict 5050. As an E/MGA\, she is a primary resource for major gifts and e
 ndowment fundraising and recognition matters within the Region/Zone. She i
 dentifes\, cultivates\, solicits\, and stewards donors with an emphasis of
  securing gifts to The Rotary Foundation of $25\,000 or more. She works in
  collaboration with zone and district leaders as well as staff partners. P
 rimarily she works one on one with Rotary members to help them realize the
 ir goals for support of The Rotary Foundation.
