 eff graduated from Shanghai University as a mechanical engineer. He starte
 d his career in the renovation industry after immigrating to Canada in 200
 0. JPC Services was founded in 2006.  With their mission to pursue qualit
 y and responsibility\, JPC was soon selected by major companies like Best 
 Buy\, Staples\, Superstore\, The Source\, Vancouver School Board and YVR. 
 Jeff has a devotion to social responsibility. His company helped over 20 E
 uropean immigrant technicians integrate and start careers in BC. He also o
 ffered opportunity for people with past criminal records to start a new li
 fe. For the local community\, he solved tricky problems for many strata wh
 ich even big engineering firms failed to accomplish.  He chaired and co-c
 haired charity events engaged in activities and fundraising for homeless\,
  people with disability and cancer. Due to an industry scandal\, he founde
 d Chinese Construction & Renovation Association of Canada (CCRAC). In Apri
 l\, 2014\, a news report was spread in Chinese community. A young student 
 paid a renovation company $46\,000 deposit for her condo renovation. But s
 everal months later she found this company had disappeared with her money.
  They left unfinished work and garbage in her suite. When Jeff read this n
 ews\, he thought he needed to do something to prevent this kind of thing h
 appening to others. He called on 8 companies to voluntarily help this vict
 im finish renovation for free. He believed their charity action would insp
 ire the Chinese renovation industry to do business right. Later\, in July 
 2014\, with these 8 partners\, CCRAC was founded. The purpose of CCRAC is 
 to self-regulate Chinese construction and renovation industry\; offering g
 uidance\, promote business and help startup technicians. CCRAC now has ove
 r 100 members.
