Great turnout despite no speaker was scheduled. Welcome Angelo and Dave Rogers for attending the meeting as official club members. Thank you Sunset Rotarian Jim Ling for bringing a potential member, Hannah Han from Homeland Realty, she lived in Japan for 13 years and fluent in Japanese, Dave and Keith could only made it through the initial hello in Japanese and that's just about it, to our amaze James Kao started speaking Japanese to Hannah. We had no idea what he talked about, I hope he had invited her to join our club. David also brought Matt Gul, President of West Vancouver Sunrise, their club is a great supporter of Northshore Rescue, Matt invited us to join their cheque presentation to Northshore Rescue Team Society, it will be held on Tuesday Oct 29 7:00pm, 63 Bewicke Avenue, North Van. Our other visiting Rotarians were Scott Campbell from Steveston, Grace Tsang from Sunset.
