Thank you for your silent auction items, if you are still planning to drop off items at the dinner, please provide detail to Dixie ASAP, she needs to prepare bid sheets.
Prepare to enjoy a fun evening. Program will start at 6:30 pm with Lion Dance, followed by brief Rotary welcome, dinner at 7:00 pm. There will be silent auction, 50/50 draws, photo booth, Chinese folk dance and dancing.
Parking
Recommend carpooling and arrive early, we have close to 300 people coming to the dinner. There is parking in front of the restaurant and behind, entrance from No. 5 and Thorpe where the Cambie Public Library.
Payment
We accept cash only for 50/50 draws, and for speedy payment of tickets and silent auction items, please bring cheque or cash.
PDG Dean Rohrs has been appointed as Vice President of Rotary International for 2017-18. Dean is currently serving as Rotary International Board Director for 2016-18 for Zones 24 & 32 (Canada, Bermuda, Alaska, Washington, New York, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Michigan, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania). You will have a chance to meet her at our Chinese Gala Dinner on Wednesday.
