Wed May 16 BBQ Luncheon at the Pathways Clubhouse

We are sponsoring their BBQ luncheon, 20 members and spouses already pre-registered. 

 

A tour of Pathways Clubhouse will begin at 11:30 a.m. BBQ starts at 12 noon. You can park at Sears parking lot and walk over.
 
Please bring your customary $25 luncheon fee and pay Harry or Henry upon your arrival.

Happy Mother's Day
The ladies attended Wednesday's luncheon received a bouquet of roses and chocolates. Thank you Past President Chris Browne for arranging the nice surprise. After enjoying a delicious lunch and cake (special treat) by the Hilton Vancouver Airport , we shared some stories and love of our mother.
 
Walk to End Polio - Sunday May 27
Rotarians and Friends, you are invited to join the 5th annual Rotary Walk to End Polio in New Westminster on Sunday, May 27th at 9 am.  Meet at the River Market in New Westminster, B.C. and trek along a 2km/5km path along the Fraser River in support of the Rotary Foundation to End Polio Now.

Rotaract Clubs around the world earned awards for excellent service

The 2018 Rotaract Outstanding Project Award recognized the Rotaract Club of Edulink International Campus, Western Province, Sri Lanka, for a project that teaches entrepreneurial skills to women with HIV to empower them to earn a living. 
 
The award for best multidistrict project went to the European Rotaract Information Centre, a multidistrict organization that promotes collaboration and development of service projects among 115 districts and 24,000 Rotaractors in more than 45 countries.
