Wednesday Meeting - TALK - Third Age Learning at Kwantlen
On Wednesday, April 27th, 2022, Jean Garnett from Kwantlen University came to speak to Richmond Rotary about TALK - an adult learning program at Kwantlen.

Third Age Learning of Kwantlen (TALK) is a program that offers life-long learning experiences for those 50 and over through creative and stimulating educational activities. TALK courses are meant for retirees who want to continue learning.

It is a volunteer-run, participatory learning experience with no quizzes, grades or prerequisites. The learning process is lively, full of discussion, controversy, humour, insight and wisdom.

In addition to participating in courses, members can also become a course facilitator, plan curriculum, identify speakers, prepare newsletters, recruit new members, help organize special events or promote TALK.

For additional TALK program details, call 604-599-3077 or email TALK@kpu.ca
