Rotary Clubs help youth turn away from crime

Akeem Stephenson, a teenager in Toronto was arrested the 4th time for aggravated robbery, he was set to go to prison, but the judge gave him a choice to participate in an 18-month youth program. Through the PACT Urban Peace Program, he transformed his life.
