Philip Li - Classification Talk​

Philip first joined Rotary Club of Ala Moana, Honolulu, Hawaii in 1979 and the Rotary Club of Richmond, B.C. in 1984. He is a 3-times Paul Harris Fellows.
 
He served on the Board in all avenues of service and as officer. Elected as club president for the Rotary year 2000 - 2001.
