Joint Board Meeting

NOTE: Please confirm ASAP to Keith your attendance. Chris also need a head count to prepare the room and refreshments.

Incoming & Outgoing Board of Directors, we need your attendance!

Please note this Board Meeting will require a quorum. Including myself, we have currently 13 sitting Board Members, we must have at least 7 attend for a quorum.

If there are specific projects you want the board to make decision on at this particular meeting, email Secretary Dean to add to the agenda and have all required considerations prepared and presented at the meeting.
