Shelter Box - Christopher Loat
Rotarian Chris of Rotary Club of West Vancouver Sunrise will be talking to us about one of his passion, ShelterBox.
Right now, around 85 million people around the world have been made homeless by natural disaster and conflict. ShelterBox provides emergency shelter and tools for families robbed of their homes by disaster. Rotary has been a key player in ShelterBox’s success, beginning with the adoption of the nonprofit by the Rotary Club of Helston-Lizard, England, in 2000. Our club had been in the past sponsored shelter box to aid disaster area
