To celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival, Richmond Chinese Community Society (RCCS) is hosting an event and a children drawing contest at Lansdowne Mall on SAT, Sep 21. RC Richmond will be hosting a booth at this year's Mid-Autumn Festival event. Our Club has been planning for this opportunity together with St. John Ambulance (SJA). Please contact Jacqueline if you are available to man the booth on Sep-21.

About the speaker Atwood Fung, Philanthropy Officer Atwood was born and raised in Hong Kong. He moved to Vancouver in recent years and joined the Richmond Hospital Foundation as a Philanthropy Officer. Driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact, he strives to inspire others and contribute to a better world.
Presentation Outline During the presentation, Atwood will provide updates on the progress of the Richmond Hospital Redevelopment Project. Additionally, he will introduce the current fundraising campaign aimed at creating a newly designed and separate section within the existing Emergency Department to better accommodate patients with mental health conditions.

About the speaker Haryvey Kooner, Organizer Harvey Kooner is a big believer in giving back. He’s the founder and organizer of a toy drive in its 18th year helping children locally and around the world, organizing youth leadership events and back to school events for families who need a helping hand. Recipient of the United Way Community Spirit Award, ‘Get Doing’ Award by WE day and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. Harvey’s goal is to bring people together and make a difference in our community.
