with over 50 attendees, including Rotarians, friends and family to bid a fond thank you to outgoing President Dean Hsieh and to welcome incoming President Henry Lee. Richmond Delta Youth Orchestra provided the music.
 
Amongst the throng were dignitaries, MP Alice Wong, MLA John Yap, Mayor Malcolm Brodie and Past District Governor John Anderson.  The programme included presentations of Paul Harris Fellows to Jacqueline Ho, Daphne Wu, James Kao and Suna Yee by Dean and John.  Dean presented certificates of appreciation to the outgoing Board members.  John made a point to highlight that Dean was Rotarian of the Year for District 5040 and attached the badge to Dean's lapel.
 
PDG John Anderson then installed the incoming Executive Team, Henry Lee, James Kao, Jacqueline Ho, Hugo L, i and Past President Dean.  The incoming Board was then introduced and sworn into office.  The Board also includes Harmon, Suna, Jimmy, Keith and Cindy (who was out of town).  New President Henry presented Dean a Paul Harris Fellow and a photo album for his successful year as President.  Henry thanked the club for their confidence in him and asked that we all support the club activities for the coming year.  He highlighted Rotary Pops on Sep 22 and Nov 17, Christmas Dinner, Chinese New Year Jan 18th, District Conference, the International Conference in Hawaii in 2020 and start planning for the one in Taipei in 2021.
