 | Joseph LiangClassification Realtor, Associate Broker (Assure Real Estate Group), joined the Rotary Club of Richmond July 1, 2020 During the pandemic without meeting in person, Joseph has been the first person reaching out to our club to find out how he can get involved and give back to the community. We are glad he found us. As soon as he joined Rotary, he attended one of our board meetings and volunteered to help fundraising. Next year he will take on the role as Club Secretary. |
Joseph immigrated with his family to Canada in 1999. He has been a Richmond resident ever since. In 2009, he graduated in UBC with Bachelor degree in Agricultural Science and Double Major in Food and Nutritional Science. He completed his Real Estate Trading Services License course and Associate Broker license course from UBC Sauder School of Business.
He has been a licensed real estate agent in BC and member of Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver since 2012, and a licensed real estate broker since 2017.
Throughout the years, residential real estate has taught him that behind every transaction is a family's life story. It could be a young couple’s exciting yet scary venture to start a family. It might be two empty-nesters' transition to their next chapter in life. Or it could be an emotion-filled goodbye for selling a family home.

With his food science teachings he is able to assess every real estate transaction with an analytical eye. His past years in the different sectors of the real estate industry has also equipped him with the necessary skills and knowledge to help clients navigate around many potential hazards.
