Since the moment Hugo joined the Rotary Club of Richmond, he has been a core contributor.
As public relations Chair and IT, Hugo plays a critical role in the operations of our club. As the pandemic moved a number meetings to virtual and hybrid options, Hugo's technical expertise has helped guide us and ensure well functioning events. Ensuring a virtual or hybrid option has allowed our club to modernize and grow, and Hugo's expertise has played an outsized role in getting us there.
