Four Rotary Clubs gather for a day of Fellowship!
On August 16th, 2025, four local Rotary clubs travelled to the Sunshine Coast to meet up our Rotary neighbors. In recent years, the Rotary Club of Richmond has been engaging in more social and fellowship opportunities. Thanks to Madeline and her generous hospitality of hosting at her place, this was a great opportunity for our club.
The Rotary clubs visited Rotary Friendship Park with Rotarians from Sunshine-Coast-Sechelt. Rotarians then met up with 5 clubs in Sunshine Coast, including District Membership Chair, Ross Cooper; AG, Michael McKenzie; RC Gibsons President, Dave Taylor and several others.
All 35 or so Rotarians had a chance to meet each other, and explored the possibility of future Rotarian project collaboration between RC Richmond and Rotary clubs in Sunshine Coast.

Our President, Yuhan Chen, even had a gift exchange with Sunshine Coast AG, Michael McKenzie. Yuhan presented the Rotary Club of Richmond mug to Michael, and Yuhan accepted the RC Sunshine Coast banner from Michael.
