A Rotary social event on Sat, Sep 28th at a BC Lions football game.  What purpose for a social?  It's not worth one's effort to attend?  It's easy of course to give a social a pass and not attend.  One never knows what happens when Rotarians get together.  After a bit of chit chat, perhaps there is an service opportunity clubs can explore.  On this night we discover Operation Red Nose is available, and it is a bit of cash flow for a club.  There's chat about Interact and Rotaract.  There's chat about district succession and strategic planning.  If you could have attended there was some more fellowship and bonding.  What about the football game? Home team won by a squeaker.  So, the fans were glued to their seats to the end of the game to witness a home side victory.  Attending with DG Bala, were President Henry, Treasurer Jacqueline, Foundation Chair Dean, and Youth Chair Suna.
