Our beloved District Governor Dave Hamilton passed away on March 29, 2021

DG Dave was a dedicated Rotarian for over 30 years, I first met him in 2005 at a joint club BBQ, he was our club's AG at the time. Some of our members had the opportunity to meet him during the RLI training a few years ago. Unfortunately, our new members only met him through zoom.
DG Dave’s involvement in Rotary is a way of living up to one of his favourite quotes from Martin Luther King, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?” We are so sad that the Rotary Family has lost such a true humanitarian, fighter, leader and friend. Our condolence to Tanya and Dave’s family.
In honour of DG Dave Hamilton's legacy, the Dave Hamilton Service Above Self Bursary has been created to make it possible for secondary students to reach for the stars and pursue their dreams after high school. More details here….
