Community Meal Cook-out

Hello Everyone:

On Saturday November 9th we will be making shepherds pies for about 200 members of the St Alban's Church community. 

We plan to meet at the church at 9:00 am, roll up our collective sleeves, and enjoy some fellowship around the cutting boards. After we have finished we will sample the results of our labour around lunch and anticipate being finished by about 12:30pm to 1:00pm.

Ken Dennis's Mom Debbie, who is experienced in cooking for large numbers, will be our Top Chef, assign our duties and keep in line. (No TV cameras or Chef Ramsay to harass us).

Please let me know barb.duggan@gmail.com if you and whomever you wish to bring will be able to join us. Bring your own apron, something to drink (either during the cooking or for lunch). 

If you are not able to attend in the morning, we will also need someone to go later in the day to put the pies in the refrigerator after they have cooled sufficiently. 

Confirmed so far: Ken, Sarah, Debbie, Keith, Philip, Ceilia, Barbara, it is going to be a fun event and also helping our community.
