Richmond Rotary Paul Harris Fellow Recogniton Dinner
The four Rotary clubs in Richmond will be recognizing Eight individuals who has made extraordinary contributions to our community. Each club will be presenting two recipients with the presitgeous Paul Harris Fellow Recogniton.
