Rotary

Joseph wants to give back to the community and he finds Rotary to be one of the avenue. As soon as he joins Rotary, he is taking on the role as Fundraising Chair, and then secretary.

Profession

Joseph has been a licensed real estate agent in BC and member of Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver since 2012, and a licensed real estate broker since 2017.

He is thankful for the many enriching experiences he has been rewarded by the real estate business. Throughout the years, residential real estate has taught him that behind every transaction is a family's life story. It could be a young couple exciting yet scary venture to start a family. It might be two empty-nesters' transition to their next chapter in life. Or it could be an emotion-filled goodbye for a family home in an estate. "How well I do my job, in most cases, makes a big impact in my  clients' lives. And that's why I often feel a heavy load of responsibility, and immense satisfaction, for a job well done".

Joseph acquired his traditional education from the University of British Columbia in the school of Food Science and Nutritional Science, and with these teachings he is able to assess every real estate transaction with a scientific and analytical eye - something he is proud to say is a rarity in the profession. His past years in the different sectors of the real estate industry has also equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to help clients navigate around many potential and ugly problems in a deal.
